In just two months Kim helped turn my childhood home into our dream venue. My husband and I were not able to have the wedding we had originally planned due to the pandemic, but Kim managed to turn what could’ve been a stressful disaster into a perfect wedding day. She is supportive and a source of constant positivity throughout the planning process. Not only was Kim easy to work with, but she made sure that our vision came true and was an ideal maître d. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner and visionary. We would recommend Kim to anyone planning an event, especially during these unprecedented times. I just want to take a moment to talk about my many experiences with Kim. Where do I start…

We met a few years ago at an event that she did and it was amazing. I went up to her and was like I need you to do my son’s Bar Mitzvah in a few years and that’s where our friendship began. First off Kim is one of the most outgoing, positive, caring, and creative people I’ve ever met. From the start the process of planning the event was seamless. She met with my son to come up with a plan for his logo and theme, she really took the time to get to know him and what his vision was. (Or at least what he thought, lol) The vendors for the party that Kim works with designed special decor and set a plan. She contacted them and myself as time went on. I couldn’t ask for more. The other vendors like the DJ and Photographer were exactly what we were looking for. We were all ready to go and then a change of plans….

We had to change the party and ceremony to a Zoommitzvah. Kim was on it! She arranged everything, set up a plan for the day, did the favors, and desert table, and made desserts with his logo. It was such a special day and all because of Kim!

Throughout the years we have had Kim do other things for family events like a cake for my husband’s 50th birthday, favors and desserts for my son’s birthday, as well as cake pops for Thanksgiving. Kim is amazing!

One of the best things is our true friendship and bond that we have developed. I can’t say enough about her and how much I adore her. Lasting friendship for sure. I am blessed to have her in my life.

My family and I have known Kim through working with her for both my sons Bar Mitzvah’s. Kim has been beyond helpful, creative, and caring every step of the way. Kim would constantly come up with amazing ideas bringing them to life the day of the event. When you have your special day, there is no one I would recommend more knowing it would be organized and amazing. She coordinated with various vendors, made amazing centerpieces, and crafted desserts that were not just visually outstanding but tasted great. By Your Design Events planned a wonderful bar mitzvah party for my son. Kim was so pleasant to work with. She was always available when we had any questions. She also met with us throughout the planning process. Any time she had an idea for the event she would email us pictures of what she was coming up with. She also worked with my son and took his ideas into account when planning the event. She made sure that it was his ideas coming to life. The best part about By Your Design events is that Kim stays at the event and helps with setting up and keeping the event organized. The cake was beautiful and delicious. I received so many compliments on my son’s bar mitzvah. Guests were impressed with the decor and treats that were all created by Kim! We are using by your design events again for my other son’s bar mitzvah. I highly recommend By Your Design Events!

We originally hired Kimberly from “By YOUR Design Events” to create one of her incredible dessert tables for our daughter’s christening, which she was unbelievable in executing our vision. One simple phone call changed everything. The original venue canceled the event suddenly and we had decide to cancel everything or recreate a catering hall in our backyard. With her amazing determination, Kimberly took charge of everything and turned our backyard in to a venue that surpassed our expectations. She made our sweet daughter’s christening a dream come true. To top if all off, she was able to pull it off in 7 days without a glitch! I don’t know how I could have ever had an event without her magic, creativity and amazing personality to help us!
