This package caters to those couples who would have already made some core decisions and/or know what direction they are already heading. If you are looking for a “Co-Pilot” in planning we are here to help. The MOST IMPORTANT factor for us is to capture YOUR vision through YOUR eyes…With this accomplished we can make proper vendor recommendations and/or proof preexisting vendor contracts to ensure that all major and minor details are checked off on the planning checklist. This allows us the ability to make sure all vendors are aligned with YOUR vision, timeline and expectation for the day. All while sharing our skills and making suggestions based on our experiences. We’ve got your back, but won’t hold you back.
Day of Coordination

Your venue and vendors are booked, and you have about 4 – 6 weeks leading up to the BIG DAY. We are here to ensure that all your planning and hard-work is executed in alignment with your vision. We create a “day of” timeline for family, friends, vendors, and venue to ensure perfect execution of your event. We handle it all and pay attention to every detail, so you don’t miss a beat. We work with you to make sure that your vendors are confirmed, guests are happy, people are in their places, and YOU are having the BEST DAY EVER!

At our first meeting, we will create and design a unique style concept that is all your own. Working together, we will start a budget sheet, choose vendors, create a timeline, and start the design process. With YOUR vision & our experience we will create a win win design plan!
